Boompje.net's Fifth Monthly SR 5v5 Tournament!

Here is another Boompje.net Monthly SR 5v5 Tournament! The tournament shall be held on the 24th (EUW) and 25th (NA & EUNE) of May 2013!

You will be able to win the following:

1st place: 20 euro/dollar RP + Triumphant Ryze
2nd place: 15 euro/dollar RP
3rd place: 10 euro/dollar RP
4th place: 5 euro/dollar RP

The tournaments will be held at the following times:

NA: Saturday, 25th of May, 18:00 (EDT) Here!   
EUNE: Saturday, 25th of May, 18:00 (GMT +2) 16:00 UK Time
EUW: Friday, 24th of May, 18:00 (GMT +1)   17:00 UK Time - Brackets: Here!                                                                           
The format of this tournament will be a bracket system with seeding. Each matchup will be a single elimination best-of-one game using Tournament Draft on Summoner's Rift.

Instructions for the teams participating in the tournament:

- Check in on the website which is possible 1 hour in advance.
- All teamcaptains have to join the chatroom in the client named: "Boompje.net Tournament". (Tutorial on joining a chatroom)
- All teamcaptains will be asked to rename their status to their teamname and abbreviation so it's easier to recognise each other in the chatroom.
- When posting results in the "Boompje.net Tournament" channel, do this by saying which team won and provide a screen of the post-game. (The picture can be uploaded on a website like imageshack.com.)
- If you are having any problems during the tournament you can contact Staafmixer, Keffek or Sciyth in the "Boompje.net Tournament" channel.
- It is a good idea to read the rules once more.

Rules

• Each game will be played as a Tournament Draft on the appropriate map


• Team captains have to make sure their member listing is up to date when the registration period ends


• Each summoner can only be part of one team per region


• The games will be played on the live realms, so the patch active at that point will be the patch the games are played on


• No spectators are allowed, unless both teams gave permission for that. Shoutcasters of the tournament are an exception.


• The team with the highest seed number is the Blue side and has to host the match.


• Each team has 15 minutes until after the official starting time to show up. If your team doesn't have enough players at that point, you will be forced to forfeit


• In the case of an unintentionall disconnect in the first three minutes of a game and first blood has not yet been drawn, the game has to be remade with the same champions and summoner spells


• Team captains are required to take a screenshot of the champion select and score screen for each match and are kindly requested to provide a LoLReplay file where possible


• If you don't have certain champion (e.g. you want to trade with someone else), during champion select, you are allowed to take a 'placeholder' champion. If you do this, you have to inform the enemy team before locking in what champion it should be. The game will be remade once the rest of the picks have been picked
• It is the teams responsibility to keep themselves up-to-date with the status of the bracket


• The game is over when a nexus is destroyed or when a team surrenders


• Abusing any of these rules or bugs that give your team an unfair advantage will result in immediate disqualification


• While we want to avoid changing the rules, they are always subject to change and the Tournament Judges will have final say in issues
